- For those who choose hourly rental, you need to pick ONE of the RENTAL BLOCKS, and we will have a maximum of 2 PARTIES per day, to be able to clean and sanitize all our Space for your comfort and health. - Also, for those who are renting PER HOUR, be sure you add enough time for your Rental to SET UP your decoration (in case you are bringing any), food and drinks, and time for breakdown/cleanup and load-out. - For WEDDINGS, we will block the day for you! - Alternate times may be subject to additional cost. - All RENTALS have FULL ACCESS to our BREAKROOM KITCHEN. IMPORTANT NOTES about payment:
- FULL PAYMENT before the event date is necessary (special Program for Packages).
- Only a DOWN PAYMENT secures your date, and it will be placed when you sign the Contract.
- A $300 Security Deposit (that is not the down payment) could be required on the day before or on the day of the scheduled event date. The security deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage or loss to the premises. The security deposit will be returned after the walk-through with the on-site Manager/Coordinator, who will inspect for damage and ensure cleanup. Deposit will be refunded max. 48 hours following your event.
