- Thursday & Friday - $150 per hour (minimum of 3 hours - max 5 hrs)

- Special schedules for Business Meetings (minimum of 2 hours)

About the Security Deposit: a $300 security deposit may be required on the day before or on the day of the scheduled event. The security deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage or loss to the premises. The security deposit will be returned after the walk-through with the on-site Manager/Coordinator, who will inspect for damage and ensure cleanup. Deposit will be refunded max. 48 hours following your event.
FOR SEASONAL CELEBRATIONS, we have a 5-hour blocked Party, which includes the time for setup and tear down your own stuff, and trash bags.
